FAIRFIELD, N.J., October 2, 2026 — Stealth-6, an AI company built for regulated and mission-critical environments, today announced its market introduction and the launch of Sentry, its initial healthcare module built on its secure, local AI platform. Designed for organizations managing growing volumes of medical record requests, Sentry combines automated Release of Information (ROI) workflows with added safeguards against fraud and inappropriate disclosure - all on a local, tokenless AI platform designed to give organizations greater control over sensitive data and the cost of using AI.
Built for Health Information Management (HIM) teams, Sentry evaluates a medical record request before sensitive information is retrieved, reviewed or released. It determines who is requesting the information, which patient the request involves, what information is being requested, where it is going and whether the requester is authorized. By resolving those questions early in the process, Sentry helps organizations identify suspicious requests and invalid destinations, reduce the risk of fraud and move legitimate requests through the release process faster, impacting cash flow and greatly reducing violation risks. Sentry also creates a clearer record of how requests were evaluated, helping organizations respond to compliance inquiries and demonstrate that appropriate verification occurred via audit trail. The approach reflects a simple Stealth-6 principle: Verify. Then Trust.
Sentry runs on the Wingman, Stealth-6’s secure AI appliance. Wingman runs AI locally within an organization’s secure environment, allowing sensitive information to be processed without sending it to external cloud-based AI systems. Its tokenless approach also changes the economics of AI utilization. Rather than incurring token-based fees as usage grows, organizations can put AI to work across higher-volume workflows without incurring additional cost.
“Healthcare doesn’t need yet another disconnected tool layered onto an already complex workflow,” said Jordan Levitt, founder of Stealth-6 and healthcare technology entrepreneur. “We built Stealth-6 around a complimentary model: AI should operate close to the work, with organizations maintaining control of their data and the cost of using it. Sentry brings that to healthcare - helping teams verify what can be trusted, move legitimate requests faster and protect sensitive patient information.”
Sentry is the first in a series of Stealth-6 modules designed to address time-consuming, high-touch workflows across health systems. Stealth-6 is developing additional applications of its secure, local AI architecture for operational and financial use cases so health systems don’t have to send sensitive data outside the four walls of their regulated environment; rather Stealth-6 puts the compute to the data.
“Health systems are under pressure from every direction,” said Bud Zuberer, Chief Revenue Officer of Stealth-6. “Volumes are rising, timelines are shrinking and too much work still depends on people making high-risk, subjective decisions inside complex workflows. Stealth-6 exists to enhance and protect those teams, not replace them. We give them a faster way to determine what can be trusted so they can focus their attention where it matters.”
Combined with the Wingman appliance, Sentry is designed to address cost from both sides of the equation: reducing the manual effort and delays embedded in the workflow while controlling the cost of the AI used to improve it. For organizations managing large volumes of sensitive information, that creates a model designed to scale utilization without sacrificing control over data or cost.
Rather than requiring a separate AI platform for each problem, Stealth-6 has built a foundation that can support multiple applications across the health system while keeping sensitive information - and the economics of using AI - under the organization’s control.
